Seamless 3-part cementitious coating system for interior walls, floors and sealed exterior vertical surfaces.

TechStone Microcement is a polymer-modified cementitious system supplied as three components: Part A (emulsion), Part B (hardener) and Part C (protective topcoat). The system creates continuous, grout-free surfaces that are practical, hygienic and architecturally refined.

Applied by steel trowel in thin, controlled layers, the system achieves a seamless finish on walls and floors. Suitable for residential, commercial and hospitality interiors.

STEP 1

Ensure substrate is clean, dry and stable. Respect all movement joints. Apply primer if required.

STEP 2

Mix Part A (emulsion) with Part B (hardener) per manufacturer ratio. Work in manageable batches.

STEP 3

Apply first body coat by steel trowel in thin, controlled layers. Allow to reach 60-70% hardness, then scrape ridges.

STEP 4

Apply second body coat. After drying, sand with 150-400 grit to smooth surface. Remove all dust.

STEP 5

Apply Part C protective topcoat by roller or spray. Minimum 2 coats. Allow full cure (7 days) before heavy use.
